Shri. Manikandan worked as a scientist in India’s premier research lab Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai for ten years after graduating from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. When he became a father, he grew passionate about understanding the learning process of children. Soon, he quit his job to found Miyav Learning, an organization for fostering creative thinking of children and helping them flourish into leaders in any field they choose.
